Examples:
(i) I have 5 employees paid weekly. The cost is £10.00 per run.
(ii) I have 17 employees paid fortnightly. The cost is £37.25 per run. (£25.00 for 10 employees plus 7 extra at £1.75 each).
(iii) I have 55 employees paid monthly. The cost is £117.50 per run. (£30.00 plus 40 extra at £2.00 each plus 5 extra at £1.50 each).
There are no hidden extra costs. The above costs cover consultation prior to commencement and during working relationship, payroll setup, data input, email reports to the client and email payslips to either the client or direct to the employee, BACS payment to employees, new starters paperwork (P46 or P45 processing), leavers P45, tax code changes and year end paperwork (P35, P14, P60 and P11D) and necessary liaison with HMRC.
